Request a quote, or ask the production desk.
A person answers — not a ticketing portal. Send the design reference, your ring size and the metal you want, and we reply with an itemised price within one business day.
We answer Mon–Fri. Nothing is charged online; quotes are confirmed in writing first.
Where we are
The plant, the bench, the people.
Visit the workshop, or walk it on a video call — either way you meet the person who sets your stone.
Wuzhou plant
8,000 m² in Wuzhou, Guangxi — the centre of China's moissanite and lab-grown diamond trade.
Reply time
Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm China time. Emails and WhatsApp answered within one business day.
A real person answers
Not a ticketing portal. The production desk — setters and casters — reply directly.
Factory tour on video
Can't visit? We walk the floor on a WhatsApp video call — casting, setting, polishing, QC.
