Everything is made in our own plant, so changes cost days rather than weeks. You approve an itemised quote and a CAD preview before anything is cast — no deposit until then.
Brief & itemised quote
Send a photo, a sketch or a sentence. Within one business day you receive metal, stone, setting and labour priced separately.
CAD approval
A 3D model with proportions, prong style and shank profile. Revisions included until you approve it.
Cast, set, polish
Made in-house: cast, filed, set by hand, polished and plated. Progress photos as the piece moves between stations.
QC & insured shipping
Certificate matched, size verified, photographed, packed and couriered with tracking to 100+ countries.
What we need from you
One clear reference beats ten vague ones. A photo of a ring you like, the stone shape, the metal, and the finger size is enough to quote.
Useful, but not required: a deadline, a budget range, an existing stone you want reset, or engraving text.
If a design cannot be made as drawn, we say so before you pay — and tell you what would work instead.
